Willi Van Deven

Willi has worked in the design industry for the past 24 + years helping clients create beautiful interiors. Her experience includes home and model suite design in Toronto, New York, Portland, Ottawa, Vancouver, and London Ontario. Over the last 10 years she’s focused on creating beautiful window designs. As well as having years of design experience, she graduated with honors from the International Academy of Merchandizing and Design, where she created award winning designs. Her goal is to provide excellent customer service while enriching your life with beautiful and functional window designs.

Design Philosophy

Her design philosophy is based on understanding the needs of each client and translating these into effective design solutions – tailored solutions that reflect their space, personal needs, and taste. Willi incorporates classic principles of scale, proportion, colour, and quality in every design. Excellent design that exudes great taste is not limited to any particular design style. The most important element in her design is the people who use them.

Shelley James

Shelley has been with Designer’s Edge for the last 5 years working in Customer Service as well as a Decorating Consultant. My time at Designer’s Edge has taught me the importance of developing a good rapport with clients, actively listening to their needs, while at the same time providing guidance to reach their decorating goals. Care in the selection of various fabrics, colours and textures that coordinate and tie together a living space is an enjoyable experience when the foundation of a good working relationship is established. Clients should come away from the experience feeling that they were a key part in the transformation of their living space. Shelley is very detail oriented and has a long list of extremely satisfied customers.
